In many cases, yes it can be repaired, the deciding factor is was it powered on at the time it was damaged and how long ago. A proper inspection is required to assertain the extent and viability of repair.
Yes we can repair HDMI ports and USB ports. Our standard price for a port repair assumes the port is damaged and has not become detached from the circuit board as this can cause more damage.
